By optimizing our operations, we’ve become far more efficient than ever before. Every dollar is allocated to its approved purpose, allowing us to maximize our resources effectively. Without that affordable financing, we’d face daunting deadlines that would be nearly impossible to meet.

We encountered the need for water and sewer improvements, which led us to utilize the SRF program to finance the project. By doing so, we redirected the interest we would have paid on the SRF loan back into our community, ensuring that the investment circulates locally for the benefit of all.
